1. How long are shipping times?
All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Normally they are dispatched before the stated time but during busy periods full time span applies.
2. What's your return policy?

As we sell personalised and custom products we are unable to offer refunds

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if we have not yet started production of your item.

Sometimes orders get dispatched before we can process the cancellation. 

4. What happens if my item is damaged when I receive it?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
